Beautiful chalet with lovely bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms. Super comfortable beds. Warm and comfortable ambiance. Extremely lovely and hospitable owners.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff was friendly and gave us great recommendations and tips. We loved the lounge area and the comfy sofas with a cozy fireplace. the breakfast was delicious and well balanced.

The location was a bit inconvenient and far from the main attractions. There were some issues with the ski storage and drying room that made it difficult to properly store and dry our gear.

The unique decoration gave a warm, bohemian vibe and made the experience enjoyable. The cozy lounge was perfect for a romantic evening with the fireplace and a bottle of wine. The location was great and allowed for easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.

The room felt cramped and the bed was uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest. The staff wasn't very friendly and didn't go out of their way to make us feel welcome.

This mountain lodge offers the perfect location for ski enthusiasts, just a stone's throw away from the slopes down icy streets. Guests will enjoy comfortable rooms, complete with modern bathrooms and great views of the snow, covered mountains. the service is top, notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to make guests feel at home, assisting with ski hire, lift passes, and even side excursions. Guests rave about the delicious breakfast served each morning, while the afternoon whiskies provide a perfect end to a day on the slopes.

There were some issues with check, in, with guests experiencing long waits and confusion when trying to locate staff for assistance.

Our stay at Snowball Chalet was absolutely delightful! The friendly and helpful staff provided excellent service throughout our visit. They gave us valuable advice on where to find the best slopes with fresh powder snow and recommended delicious local dining options. The cozy lounge area, complete with a beautiful fireplace, was the perfect spot to relax after a long day of skiing. The comfortable and fluffy pillows and bed ensured a restful sleep. We also appreciated the convenient pickup service from Iiyama station. We will definitely be returning next snow season. Highly recommended for a heartwarming experience and a relaxing atmosphere.
